New Client Information

First time clients please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out appropriate paperwork.

We happily book spa groups and parties. Please call ahead well in advance when booking in order to accommodate your needs.. All spa groups and/or packages are required to have a credit card guarantee when booking appointments. Spa groups automatically have an 18% gratuity added to their charges.

Clients and spa groups/parties will be charged 50% of the scheduled procedure or service for appointments not cancelled 48 hours in advance.

Our spa provides lockers for your personal items; however, we recommend that your valuables be left at home. We provide robes and shower facilities after our body services.

Products may be returned within 7 days for TRIO spa credit.

For your comfort and those around you, we kindly ask that all cell phones be turned off while in our spa & reception area.

When you come to TRIO to relax and enjoy all of your services, we kindly ask that children remain quiet and may not be left unattended.
